brand-new room with a pull out sofa and very nice experience.

Extremely rude staff!

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making facilities. Neat building, marvellous and amazing location short walk to the Fair Park as well as another tower.

The bathroom was large and the room itself exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The breakfast food was complimentary and incredible, the staff were exceptional. The service was top-notch with a speedy check-in.

For the money, the rooms were not that great. There was absolutely no water pressure for the morning shower & no refrigerator in the room.

we didn't have time, so that's why we would come here again. huge hotel with a heated pool and a marvellous location eager to make sure we had everything. location: the property was adjacent to the arts district, many attractions and downtown and local businesses.

Great spot with fab staff!

The staff were super friendly and helped me a lot. The restaurant was delicious and had reasonable prices. Only bummer was that my room wasn't ready right away, but they sorted it out fast! I felt really well taken care of!

Couple find a few diamonds in the rough

The staff were really helpful and I'll shout out to Chana, that guy, were really good, seriously. Another thing, the workout room was surprisingly great-hot towels? Who does that? Seemed like I was at some fancy spa.

Yeah, it wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for sometimes.

The large guest room was clean and sterile, but lacked comfort, with no couch and only a small chair. The staff's responsiveness left much to be desired, leading us to cut our stay to just two nights. Chana the waiter made our breakfasts nice with his warm hospitality, and the infusion of fruit water was a refreshing touch.

This hotel offers incredible breakfasts with delightful food and boasts an amazing location in the heart of the metropolitan area.

perfect for weekend city walks and major attractions

The spacious suite was perfect for my solo weekend getaway, offering comfort and a pleasant atmosphere to return to after long days of sightseeing.

The guest room was cozy and well-equipped. The sports bar was a great spot to unwind after a long day.

The Sheraton is a massive hotel with over 1,800 rooms, ideal for business travel. The staff addressed my needs promptly and professionally. I stayed in a spacious Executive Suite on the 22nd floor, clean and well-maintained. The fitness center and rooftop pool added to the experience, while dining at the Open Palette provided a great breakfast option.

Bedding could be improved.

The rooms are clean with updated decor. The fitness center is large and well-maintained. Friendly staff provided excellent service .
